- By conciliating with the client, preparing and signing a contract for services in the name of the executor.
- Compiling agreements for the ensurance of services and in order to proceed, designing as well as organizing them with agreement by the client.
- Signing contracts for maintenance and cleaning services as well as monitoring their completion/performance (Creating a maintenance plan).
- Organize repairs and emergency works, ensuring the relevant monitoring, according to a previously approved budget and by prior agreement.
- Fixing problems during the warranty period, communicating to the main contractor.
- Fixing tenants problems, finding solutions and organize work.
- The costs of distribution and reporting (tenants).
